Awaodori Brand

The number one most produced chicken in Japan. Delicious poultry we raise with care.

Awaodori chickens are the highest number produced of all chicken breeds in Japan. The balance of texture and flavor makes them a popular breed of our company, but the secret lies within their care and nutrition. Our Awaodori are fed with feed containing Jiyoso and olive powder. The olive powder is used to intensify the chicken’s flavor. As we aim to minimize stress on the flock, our chickens are raised in a spacious breeding area of 10 birds or less per a square meter. Our chicken is delicious, safe, reliable, and adheres to specific JAS standards for chicken meat.

As a meat that is extremely easy to use with a texture and taste that compliments all dishes, we recommend this breed for those who want to enjoy simple chicken cuisine.

Their taste is unrivaled by other breeds and realized through a comparatively long time of 60 days or more on the farm along combined with feed containing Jiyoso. This chicken is a must for those who want to enjoy the special flavor of Akadori.

Shikoku Takumidori Brand

Providing humanely raised chicken at a reasonable price.

We raise our Shikoku Takumidori chickens for 50 days in a spacious environment of 15 birds per a square meter, so as to give them comfortable space. Our processing stage also aims to cause as little stress as possible; the birds are anesthetized with carbon dioxide and refrigerated in an air chiller, making for a delicious product.

Here at Sadamitsu Shokuryo Kogyo, we not only raise and sell chicken, but also produce processed goods that showcase the best of the ingredients used. Using a minimum level of flavoring, to preserve the natural flavor of the ingredients, our customers enjoy products lightly seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, and sake. The desire for our customers to enjoy the flavors of a professional cook, while in their own home, guides us in the care we take within our manufacturing process.
